Please note: COACHES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSURING THAT PLAYERS MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF ALL GAMES IN WHICH THE INELIGIBLE PLAYER(S) PARTICIPATED. COACHES ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT AND SPORTSMANSHIP OF ALL PLAYERS, PARENTS, FANS AND MEMBERS OF THE COACHING STAFF.
My signature below acknowledges that I have read and understand the CBA bylaws. I pledge to uphold these bylaws, and take full responsibility of the actions and sportsmanship of all participants, (players, parents, fans, myself and other members of the coaching staff) within my power. I further understand that failure to do so can result in ejection from a game, forfeiture of a game, suspension and/or dismissal from further participation in the league.
